Our full moon meditation is led by Erika and is quite the special experience. Please join us! 


Meditation can be defined as a practice where an individual focuses their mind on a particular object, thought or activity to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Meditation may be used to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy.

ballet workshop - 6 weeks

Led by our ballerina, Morgan, over this 6 week course you will learn the fundamentals of ballet, providing a foundation on which you will grow in strength, flexibility, and grace. Each week we will build onto what we learned the week before including exercises at the barre, combinations and choreography center floor, and traveling exercises across the floor. You will learn proper ballet alignment, how to execute each position safely, improve your posture, flexibility, endurance and ultimately challenge yourself to learn a discipline that will benefit all areas of  your life. 

This course is not included in regular packages. 

We encourage you to attend all 6 classes, however,

should you not be able to attend a session during the course,

a single class will be credited to your account that can

be used for any class on our regular schedule.
